Shipping Policy

What is the cost of shipping?
For all orders above 100 USD, shipping is done free of cost.
For all orders between 51 USD to 100 USD, a flat shipping of cost 20 USD will be charged.
For all orders between 21 USD to 50 USD, a flat shipping of cost 10 USD will be charged.
For all orders less than or equal to 10 USD, a flat shipping of cost 5 USD will be charged.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Orders take 2 – 60 days from the time they are shipped as some orders are processed internationally.
Please be aware that if you have placed a multi-item order, your items may come in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery timeframes are estimates, and there may be some unavoidable delays outside our control on rare occasions. If there are any delays, we will keep you updated.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will make every effort to deliver your items within the given delivery periods. If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please fill out the form below and we will do our best to help you.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
Once your item has been sent within India, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier firm that will be handling your purchase.
After your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you can track the progress of your package for 24 hours to 72 hours as some of our shipments are processed internationally.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

What is the return policy on Linns Hair Beauty?
For domestic orders, the majority of our products are returnable and refundable. There are some Made-to-Order items that are not returnable.
You may seek a return and refund by writing to us within 7 days of delivery. Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original packing, with all labels and tags intact, and eligible for return can be returned.

How are returns processed?
When your request the return of a goods is submitted, the item is picked up. After we receive your return request, one of our courier partners will come to collect up the goods within 5-15 business days. This item is then returned to our warehouse, where our quality control team inspects it. A refund is initiated once the goods has passed quality check.

Can I cancel my order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you can cancel it. Please fill out the form below to request a cancellation. On the website, you will not be able to cancel the order by yourself.

**We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notification to the customer and to verify any purchase before shipping it to the customer, which may involve obtaining verbal or written confirmation from the client.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
The money will be refunded to the bank account/credit/debit card used to make the payment.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse your money within 10 business days. In the event of a return, we will issue a refund once the goods has been received by our warehouse and the quality check has been completed. Please keep in mind that the entire process takes two weeks from the time the return is picked up.

Can I return part of my order?
Yes, indeed. Within 7 days after delivery, you can return any products that are eligible for returns. Please keep in mind that some things aren’t returnable or exchangeable.
